Annick is Bachelor in Social Studies and has several additional certificates, such as a post graduate social agogics and a Management Course IMD Lausanne. Her career took off 15 years ago in the field of temporary employment. Soon she became a Regional Commercial Director. In this position she was responsible for managing and developing 15 offices. Next, she successfully started up national specialized divisions and took on a(n) (inter)national sales management position. In 2002 she became responsible for the HR Business Process Outsourcing program of a large automotive company. In 2005 she decided to switch to consultancy. Since 2006 she joined Bakker & Partners as a partner. Her main experiences are situated in the fields of search and selection, knowledge of the job market, sales management and HR projects.
