Bakker & Partners Career Transition - Candidates: Transitioning talent
Outplacement

We offer group and individual outplacement programs.

Where substantial numbers of employees are being made redundant we generally provide group outplacement programs. Support is provided through group workshops which accommodate a limited number of participants. These workshops are interactive and while they are group focussed, they always remain very much centred on the personal situation of each individual.

Individual outplacement means that your outplacement is adjusted to your expectations and your specific situation. Meetings at a location to suit you best, a flexible approach, a careful matching of consultant to candidate.

Our consultants are there for you. They have thorough experience and they know the (hidden) job market very well. Their extensive network and their commitment are your best guarantee for qualitative support and strong results.

Our outplacement programs include the following:

Finding your balance. You learn to deal with your resignation and to cope with it.

Personal analysis: you make a personal and professional balance with your consultant. You make an inventory of your personal backgrounds, your values, your past career, your education and expertise, your motivation, ambitions, your strengths and your weaknesses.

Job market analysis and preparation: your personal analysis is the basis for targeting jobs. In consultation with your consultant, you explore in which fields and positions your personal qualities would result in optimal job satisfaction.

Job marketing: with the support of your consultant, you draw up your personal marketing plan. You will be made familiar with different approaches of the possible channels. Your consultant also addresses his own network and actively searches with you.

Job competency training: there is always the possibility to participate in interactive or individual workshops.

Job follow-up: after finding a new job, we provide follow-up sessions.
