Our outplacement programs
Bakker & Partners Career Transition offers group as well individual outplacement programs. We offer outplacement according to the regulations of CLA 51 or CLA 82 bis. Our consultants also have a broad experience in outplacement within the scope of reorganizations or collective redundancy and are able to advise you accordingly.
Group outplacement includes that the like-minded form a first network where experiences can be shared. On top of the coaching in group, there is sufficient attention to the individual situation, so more personal questions and problems can be dealt with.
In the individual outplacement program, coaching is adjusted to the needs and expectations of the employee and his specific situation. Meetings at a location to suit the employee best, a flexible approach, a careful matching of consultant to employee are aspects of our individual approach.
