Eric Bakker Eric is a Master in Applied Economics. His experience in HR services amounts to more than 25 years. Many years Eric has worked for an important temporary employment organization where he assumed several commercial management positions. His strong operational experience gained him the title of ICT Manager, giving him the responsibility for the automation of the entire Belgian network. After the successful completion of this project, Eric returned to the business side and became the driving force for a division concerned with the selection and recruitment of ICT personnel. Ten years ago he decided to start his own company. Bakker & Partners lifted off with an ICT division but soon after other specialties followed. His most important experience is situated within the field of search and selection of management positions, knowledge of the job market, coaching and support of employees. Karen Breugelmans Karen has more than 20 years experience in (international) sales, human resources and consulting. Her career covers multiple domains, organizations and activities. After graduating as a Master in Law, Karen joined Dun & Bradstreet where she worked for 10 years in different sales management positions. Afterwards she moved to HR. She became a District Manager in a large corporation in temporary employment. Soon she became HR manager also in a temporary employment agency and later in a Belgian food company. In 2000 her career takes a definitive turn towards consultancy and she becomes a partner at Bakker & Partners. Her most significant experience is situated in the domain of search and selection of HR management positions, career analysis and employability and knowledge of the job market. Annick Huybrechts Annick is Bachelor in Social Studies and has several additional certificates, such as a post graduate social agogics and a Management Course IMD Lausanne. Her career took off 15 years ago in the field of temporary employment. Soon she became a Regional Commercial Director. In this position she was responsible for managing and developing 15 offices. Next, she successfully started up national specialized divisions and took on a(n) (inter)national sales management position. In 2002 she became responsible for the HR Business Process Outsourcing program of a large automotive company. In 2005 she decided to switch to consultancy. Since 2006 she joined Bakker & Partners as a partner. Her main experiences are situated in the fields of search and selection, knowledge of the job market, sales management and HR projects. |
