Isabelle is Master in Romance Languages & Literature and started her career as a teacher. After six years she left her teaching job to start working for a large credit Insurance company as an account manager. Since then the commercial aspect became the common thread in her career. In 1993 she decided on a major player in the leasing market selling capital equipment leasing in the position of Regional Account Manager. In 1998, after the acquisition of this company, she left the financial world and her career takes a definite turn towards search, recruitment and selection. From May 2010 she started her new challenge at Bakker & Partners where she is in charge of Business Development, contributing to the further expansion of the services of the organization. Her main expertise is situated in the area of recruitment and selection of management positions, knowledge of the labor market and account management.
