Karen has more than 20 years experience in (international) sales, human resources and consulting. Her career covers multiple domains, organizations and activities. After graduating as a Master in Law, Karen joined Dun & Bradstreet where she worked for 10 years in different sales management positions. Afterwards she moved to HR. She became a District Manager in a large corporation in temporary employment. Soon she became HR manager also in a temporary employment agency and later in a Belgian food company. In 2000 her career takes a definitive turn towards consultancy and she becomes a partner at Bakker & Partners. Her most significant experience is situated in the domain of search and selection of HR management positions, career analysis and employability and knowledge of the job market.
